Q: I just placed an order and haven't received a confirmation nor tracking, how may I receivethat information?A: Please use our new chat feature on our site which is in the bottom right corner.

  • Select My Order Status, you will then be asked for the e-mail you used to make your purchase
  • All done, you will receive information about your order along with tracking if it is on its way!

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?A: Most orders are fulfilled within 24- 48 hours. Once orders leave our facility, delivery isdependent upon your location.

  • Standard time for Domestic shipments (orders within the US) typically takes about 2-5 business days not including processing times.
  • International Orders to Canada ONLY typically are delivered within 10-14 business days.
  • International Orders (to any other Country) can take up to a month to be delivered based off customs and shipping times which are out of our control. We appreciate your patience with these orders.

Q: Do you process returns for exchanges? What is your return policy?A: Our No-Hassle Free Return Policy States:

Please note that due to the digital nature of eBooks, refunds for digital products are issued onlyin extreme circumstances and you'll need to email us at support@anacheri.com for theseproducts. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must beunworn and unwashed. Merchandise must have all tags, including any Ana Cheri hangtags,attached.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Please contact our customer support team to assist with our return process, they will assist withplacing your items on hold and providing you with a pre-paid return label so you may ship backyour item(s).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Q :I am an international customer (Outside USA) do I have to pay customs and taxes?A: Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed. The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, naturaloccurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and groundtransportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will beprior to placing your order.

Q: I recently placed an order and provided the incorrect address, am I able to update this?

A: If you happen to place an order with an incorrect address please contact our customerservice team immediately at: support@anacheri.com so they may try and address the issueprior to shipping out your order. If your order has already been shipped we are unable to reroutethe package in transit. We will have to wait for the package to be returned to our facility, at thatpoint we will contact you.
